The Company has established a Compliance Construction Committee with the Chairman of the Board Mr. Zhang Qiao as the Director, the Deputy General Manager Mr. Wang Jianfeng as the Executive Deputy Director and Chief Compliance Officer, to lead and supervise the compliance construction work of the Company.A Compliance Management Department has been established under the Compliance Construction Committee, which is responsible for the day-to-day compliance management work of the Company.

公司已经成立了合规建设委员会，由公司董事长张桥担任组长，副总经理王建峰担任常务副组长和首席合规官，负责指导和监督公司合规建设工作。合规建设委员会下设合规管理部，具体负责公司日常合规管理工作。

Sinohydro Bureau 7’s top management determines to establish and seriously implement the compliance system in line with international standards, and requires every employee of the Company to attach great importance to it and strictly abide by it.Having fully researched and compared the requirements of multilateral development banks and implemented the compliance documents issued by PowerChina Limited, the Company made the related compliance system documents covering the business with high compliance risks, the important content and components of the compliance work and the working plans for the compliance construction work based on the business features of the Company, so as to enable the employees of the Company to act accordingly. In order to achieve this goal, Sinohydro Bureau 7 will provide target training to the employees of the Company with different positions and responsibilities.
